We want you to be happy with your fragrance. If something isn't right, contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange.
Returns & exchanges
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, message us with a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
