Exchanges
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be exchanged. For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, message us with a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
